Positive: Casa do Remo is a comfortable two-bedroom townhouse located in the heart of Perola da Lagoa. The accommodation is fairly basic but provides everything a small family needs for a pleasant and practical stay. The property has an enclosed garden with just lawn and a patio area, which is ideal for relaxing outdoors or enjoying a barbecue in the evenings. There isn't a great deal to do right on your doorstep, apart from enjoying the peaceful surroundings, walking, and hiking. The beaches and a handful of restaurants are only a short drive away. However, for those familiar with the area, this is very much part of Perola da Lagoa's appeal – a quiet, authentic location away from the crowds. Overall, we found it to be good value for money. It offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price and served as a great base for exploring the surrounding area.
