Summary: The property and gardens are very beautiful. The rooms are small and the photos are misleading. The location is on the highway opposite side to the beach with constant traffic noise and a challenging walk to the beach and a long walk to the downtown area. The hospitality and the experience was unfortunately disappointing. The breakfast service was great but the rest lacking and a bit chaotic -some of the staff are poorly trained and they let you know they prefer you book directly with them - if you booked on-line you are treated quite differently. The front desk service was average. Jordan Holland the General Manager finally sorted out an issue to do with my booking after being given the wrong information however in the process made me feel like I was the problem. He also promised a refund and issued a refund receipt on a mini bar charge that was from the previous guest or house staff but that still hasn’t been received - hospitality is all about - guests' experience…my experience was very disappointing!
