When you're staying in Broken Bow, you'll want to take advantage of the natural beauty surrounding you at every opportunity and the Casa Latta has one of the most peaceful views of the pine trees in the area. Enjoy meals at the outdoor dining area or roast s'mores/share stories around the outdoor fire pit. For the ultimate indulgence, take a nice bottle of wine down to the hot tub. This is outdoor living at its best.

Other Things to Note:
- Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door.
- Please be aware that some roads leading to the cabin is unpaved, any 4WD would be fine but we recommend using a truck or SUV if available. The spectacular views will certainly justify the journey.
- There is free, high-speed wifi available throughout the home.

Bug spray and sunscreen recommended. We provide a fully equipped kitchen (starter set of pots/pans, plates & cutlery, drinking glasses, cooking utensils, coffee maker (k-cups/cream), standard appliances, salt/pepper/cooking oil, paper towels, note will NOT have foil) so be sure to pack your favorite foods/drinks. All bathroom toiletries are provided including bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. Linens and bedding, plus laundry soap (for washer/dryer) are included at each. Grills are hardwired with propane, and firewood are provided at most cabins.
**Additional supplies can be purchased at local supermarkets. Our cabins are for short term rental use only therefore, if an item is not listed above, please assume it is not provided.
FYI: There are security cameras at the front & back porch of cabin. No streaming services are provided at the cabins, you will have to use your own account.
Please do not forget to sign our Vacana rental agreement, we will need this signed in order to receive specific check in instructions before your arrival.
We do offer Trip Insurance for a 7% fee (coverage protects vacation investment up to 100% for covered reasons like illness, injury, natural disasters, travel delays and more).
Cancel for any Reason Travel Protection for a 10.8% fee (coverage protects your vacation investment up to 100% for covered reasons like illness, natural disasters, travel delays and more. You can also cancel for a reason not listed in the policy and be eligible for a 75% reimbursement-this benefit must be used 3 days or more before check-in).
Damage Protection Insurance for $89 for coverage up to $3,000 (coverage includes any accidental damage to the property and it's contents for the duration of the rental period subject to the policy terms and conditions of rental).
