The well-kept exteriors feature a 26 m² garden, a private, 5 m x 3 m chlorine pool with a depth of 0.9-1.10m, where you can refresh. There is a trampoline where your children can play. On the 16 m² porch you may enjoy lazy afternoons while having a drink or chatting to your friends. If you like cooking outside, there is a BBQ.

On the ground floor, there is a sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV, an open, well-equipped kitchen with gas stove and a shower bathroom. Llubi, located in the northern centre of Mallorca, is an authentic, small village. This zone is particularly inhabited by farmers and due to this fact, the landscape is characterized by fields. On Tuesday takes place the weekly market in Llubi, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.
By car you can go to the beautiful north coast and to beaches like Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcudia, Puerto de Pollensa, Cala Sant Vicente and Formentor. All of them are fine grained, offer amenities like cafés and sun loungers and are nice to practise water sports; for example kitesurfing, windsurfing or diving.
