Summary: Definitely, a beautiful property up high in the trees. This makes for very beautiful pictures! For convenience, there is a restaurant on site. They also provided a very large bottle of fresh water. The only two major issues, are that the apartment is uphill from the main beach street on a dirt road and when you reach your location there are 148 steps to our apartment. This wasn’t mentioned, and being 50 in the heat of the day, this was definitely a constant work-out. In fact, we extended our trip, but chose a hotel that was on the main road, as we were done with the constant uphill climb. Someone with limitations would not be able to handle it. It should be specified. Also, the bug issue is REAL. They do leave a bottle of Scorpion RAID in your apartment to spray, but if you do not want that smell or chemical in your room you will be dealing with literally hundreds of ants and bugs of all sorts all around you when you sleep, since it is not properly sealed around the perimeter of the building. Otherwise, a very beautiful tropical, natural and wild destination.
