This luxury rental sits directly on the ocean and beach front with a secluded beach delivering an unbeatable location for a Baja vacation.
CasaPDM will sleep up to 6 guests. The newly completed home has three bedrooms with two ocean front primary suites boasting king size beds, as well as luxury bathrooms and balconies overlooking the white sand and ocean. The private primary balconies offer views that will take your breath away as you open the telescoping sliders for 20 feet of open air with a feel as if you are all alone on your own luxury cruise ship. The third bedroom has a queen bed, desk for work and TV with a full bath, and sliding glass doors to a 300 sq foot private terrace with mountain views. The home is designed and furnished to provide all that guests will need to enable them to simply relax and enjoy their luxury vacation on the beach.
Guests will enjoy the amenities that CasaPDM offers for convenience, comfort and entertainment. The home has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, coffee, eating and cocktails. If you want to relax step onto the 900 square foot oceanfront patio with heated infinity edge pool with spa jets, sunken propane firepit that seats ten people comfortably, or lounge on the two queen size resort style day beds. Enjoy your sunsets all year round and count the dolphins that constantly swim by. The living area has telescoping floor to ceiling doors providing 30 feet of open area to your patio. The patio and ocean front yard also include a designer concrete dining table for ten and a second wood firepit at the absolute beachfront of the property.
For your entertainment we provide two flat-screen televisions with Netflix as well as wireless Internet access, pool/spa for 8 people, two firepits. A short 50 yard walk down the street to the beach stairs provides access to our private beach, powdery white sand and over-head barrel wave sets when they are here. For your convenience there are beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chest and a solar heated outdoor shower where guests can wash away sand after playing in the Pacific Ocean.
Surfing is available at our beach or the top surf spots are just 15 minutes by car. Enjoy surfing, boogie boarding, kayaking, fishing, collecting shells or simply relaxing in the warm sunshine.
When not enjoying all the amenities of Casa PDM, Baja offers many options for entertainment. Head to Rosarito for many club options or Valle De Guadalupe for fine dining and wine tasting or tours we can set up for you. Enjoy golfing, sand dunes for off road fun and horse back riding at a private ranch all within a 10 minute car ride.
The house sits on the ocean beach in a gated community with 24/7 security. Please note that for your safety, every guest must provide identification that will be provided to security for your entrance into the community.
