This lovely apartment on the award winning Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort sits in an elevated position overlooking the fairway on phase 4. The apartment is situated on the first floor with lift access from the underground car park. Internally it comes fully furnished with everything you would need to have a fantastic holiday. There are two twin bedrooms, one with patio doors leading onto the large patio, and two further sets of patio doors leading from the main living space onto the patio and one onto a small Juliette style balcony.
Air con comes as standard in the main living area a free standing fan in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully kitted with all the white goods and microwave leading to an enclosed balcony housing the washing machine and boiler.
The living space has a TV and DVD player with access to most channels, and free WiFi and a docking deck for iPod or similar.
It has a large patio balcony which has the sun pretty much all day, with ample space to sit back and enjoy a cool drink at the end of the day. A patio table, four chairs with cushions and four recliner chairs.
There are large swimming pools throughout the resort the nearest one approximately 1 minutes walk from the apartment. The resort also has an outdoor fitness area, tennis court, and children’s playgrounds. On Egeo the road leading to the apartment you will find an information centre run by residents, who will be able to help you with any enquiries.
The gated community of Hacienda Riquelme has been awarded the Trip Advisor certificate of excellence for several years now and is the home of the famous Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole course with several other Jack Nicklaus courses nearby with transport between the courses provided. Many competitions take place throughout the year attracting many golfing fans.
However for those who do not play golf there are many other attractions available and for the walkers among you there are plenty of trails to explore within the local area.
The old Hacienda farm house is home to the El Cason bar and restaurant and pizzeria. The restaurant has seating both inside and outside serving drinks, breakfast, and lunch and evening meals. The Dovecote bar opens during the summer months a lovely place to chill out and enjoy lovely views across the resort. The resort also has a well stocked supermarket for all your needs.
The village of Sucina is a short drive or walk along the footpath leading from HR where you will find shops, restaurants and bars to enjoy. There are many beaches to explore along the coast including Los Alcazares, where you will find a local market, Santiago de la Ribera and the Dos Mares shopping centre is a short drive away where you will find a range of shops and supermarkets. The Airport is in San Javier which is about a 20 minute drive to the resort.
