Welcome to our tropical paradise in Miami. 4 Bedrooms 2.5 Baths w/ an amazing heated pool w/a waterfall and an outstanding outdoor living and dining tiki hut. Huge backyard, w/ beautiful tropical foliage throughout. The Master has a king bed w/ an en-suite bathroom. 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed and, the 3rd Bedroom has 2 twin beds. The guesthouse comes with a very comfy pullout queen bed with a sauna. The home has a gourmet kitchen w/SS appliances. Huge washer/dryer in the garage. This home has it all
we are available 24/7 via messaging and telephone during your stay
We always recommend renting a car. UBER and LYFT are always 5 minutes away
Quiet hours 10PM-8AM. This means no music or any kind of noise the neighbors may hear. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
No smoking of anything at any time inside the unit. You know what we mean! There will be a fine of $500 applied if there is evidence of smoking after check out.
Guests staying 2 weeks or more will have an additional cleaning added to reservation payable by the guest.
No parties of any kind permitted at any time. Only guests on reservation are permitted on the property.
Garbage pick-up is every Monday and Thursday. Please place the canisters outside on the curb the night before with the lid facing outward (they come early in the morning)
Candles are NOT permitted inside the unit at any time.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

We use third party communication software, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide their Govt issued ID prior to arrival instructions being sent out
Guests, please understand that Miami is located in a tropical climate, and that insects and lizards flourish in this environment. If doors are not kept closed, small visitors can enter. Although Owner will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
Please note, as much as we love our furry friends we, unfortunately, the owners do not accept animals at this property, service or otherwise. We are not the owners, so we must honor the owner’s decision. On occasion, we do make exceptions, depending on the size and whether the animal is hypoallergenic. For us to consider the exception, the request must be made prior to the booking. Thank you again and sorry for any inconvenience
Please note there is a noise ordinance from 10pm -8AM which means no noise of any kind that can be heard by the neighbors including talking and music… this can be found in the house rules and is strictly enforced thank you!
Please know that security cameras are on the outside of the home for the safety of all guests staying in the property; tampering, covering or moving them without the consent of the host will be subject to a $100 fine, thanks for helping us taking care of our property.
Pool can be heated. If guest requests pool heater to be on during their stay there will be an additional $50 per day added to the reservation paid prior to check in
