Casa Castaway Randalay is a brand new modern villa in the gated community of Los Delfines Golf & Country Club. Situated on the front row facing what is known as Whale Bay, you will be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. Depending on the time of year, whales have been spotted in our Bay. Los Delfines is equipped with just about everything you might need for a beach vacation, and everything else is located within a 1 to 10 minute drive away.
This 1270 square foot home is outfitted with 3 fully furnished bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 6, as well as a queen size sofa bed and an air mattress. While the sun shines outside, inside the bedrooms are each comfortably controlled with individual air conditioners, ceiling fans, and room darkening drapes. There are 2 full bathrooms with ample showers and a fully appointed kitchen with all major appliances as well as small appliances. The backyard boasts a gorgeous pool and a lovely terrace with seating and dining areas as well as a bbq for grilling if you so desire.

Our 8 km of beach, located in a cove, is one of the more calm beaches in this area of Costa Rica and is great for rest and relaxation; great for families of all ages, especially those young and old! If surfing is your thing, there are beautiful beaches within a short drive with some world famous waves--think Montezuma and Santa Teresa!!!
Enjoy the plentiful wildlife right outside the door: howler monkeys, many species of birds, especially the Scarlet Macaws with their very own breeding sanctuary within Los Delfines. Out on the beach and on the water you may see sea turtles (in season), dolphins and whales.
Within the community of Los Delfines there are many other amenities: a 9-hole golf course, beach-front rancho/restaurant that provides good food and great socialization, a corner/convenience store that carries all staples (and then some...), Sunday farmers market at the Los Delfines gate with fresh fruit, veggies and baked goods. There are also options for local adventures that will pick you up right on our beach!
Guest access
There are many ways to get around our community and area: rent a car, taxis, cycling, and if you're nice, a friendly and helpful local within the community might allow you to hitch a ride ;-)
If you opt to rent a car, there is ample "street" parking.
Other things to note
There is a laundry room and a locked closet in the second bedroom that is not accessible to guests, however, there are plenty of other storage options in lieu of a closet.
The laundry room and laundry machines are not currently available to guests.
There is a small nightly fee for each guest over the maximum of 6 guests. Children are included in the maximum head count.
