To accentuate the area’s cultural beauty, even more, access to a rooftop deck is included right from upstairs for its viewer to take in all the sites this landscape has to offer. Direct views of multiple mountains can be seen, such as Camelback, Piestewa Peak, Mummy, and Papago Buttes. Not to mention a landscape scene of the desert plain and wildlife, with a gorgeous elm tree over top to perfectly shade the Arizona sun.
While this home base feels up close to mother nature herself, the location is not isolated. Being close to activities and restaurants in town, as well as the Phoenix and Scottsdale airport, travel time will be very minimal. Some popular restaurants, all within a 10-minute radius, include Elements, Rita’s Cantina, and El Chorro. To experience the natural beauty of Paradise valley a little more up close, we recommend visiting some popular outdoor activities, like Camelback Mountain Trailhead, Peastewa Trailhead, and the Phoenix Bat Cave (some bravery may be required for this last one). Feel engulfed in Arizona’s traditional style and reconnect with the naturalistic environment, all inside this wonderful home! - Please note our home can only accommodate 2 adults max legally. If more than 2 guests stay at our home at any given time, you will be subject to a $500 fine. We appreciate your understanding!
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $750, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
