Newly renovated kitchen with breakfast bar and new appliances.Down the hall are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other with a king bed. The main level bathroom features a jetted tub. A convenient washer and dryer are located in the hall across from the bathroom. Upstairs is the third bedroom with queen size bed and half bath. A large balcony for enjoying morning coffee or watching the sunset make this second level a wonderful retreat. The bonus detached game room features a smart tv, a fun nostalgic NFL Blitz arcade game and queen size murphy bed. All bedrooms have wall unit air conditioning for your comfort in the warmer months.
