Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit including living room, kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, laundry, shared courtyard/pool/hot tub. Guests will also enjoy a private outdoor space, exclusive to this listing, that can be found adjacent to the hot tub (this is outlined in yellow in the photos). There is designated parking with 1 reserved space per unit, and 3 overflow spaces available on a first come first serve basis.

Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure.
