This location is central to almost anything in Indialantic. We are located between the Indian River the Atlantic Ocean. Take in the fresh air with open windows in the cooler months. The floors are beautiful Terrazo allowing pet approvals. This unbeatable location is only 2 miles across the river from the night life and restaurants of Melbourne Florida. You can bicycle, or walk to the beach, river, pier, shopping, post office, medical offices, package store, pub/bar, Starbucks, restaurants and fast food. The property is about 10 minutes from the MLB Melbourne FL airport and approximately one hour to MCO Orlando airport. Located on Florida's central East coast between Sebastian Inlet and Port Canaveral. You can watch rockets lift off from Cape Kennedy. Or stay before or after your cruise. This quiet location is the only residence on the block. The restaurants nearby range from upper scale to fast food including Skewer's, Islands Fish, Scott's 5th Avenue, Nini's Cuban, Starbucks, Subway, Bizarros Pizza, Cold Stone ice cream, Beachside Cafe. You are within a block of the post office, fire, police, bank/ATM. There are 3 bicycles available to use at your own risk, if you want faster bikes they can be rented at the local bike shop. There is an emergency walk in clinic one block to the south. There are parks at either end of the street: the Atlantic Ocean Boardwalk and Indian River Pier which are ideal for watching our beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There is a bicycle and walking path over the Melbourne Causeway (2 miles) which will take you to the old New Haven area, shopping, food and bar district. We have wireless internet available and roku television. The location is ideal for a quiet and relaxed getaway or can be used for business travel. The property has many trees and offers a shaded park like setting. The yard is not fenced and there are feral cats in the area which we ask guest to refrain from feeding. There is a property manager in a separate apartment with a private entrance who may be available for help at times and is added security for your stay.
