Beautiful and spacious house in front of the sea with a large garden and common areas. Do you want to see the stars at night, the sea from the garden and listen to the ocean while you sleep? Welcome to your vacation home.
A very quiet residential area located 5 minutes walk from the downtown area of the town, ideal to avoid night noise and you will not need a car at any time.
☛ YARD
In our home, the first thing you will find is a beautiful garden decorated with Thai inspiration, with Buddhas, banana, cactus and palm trees. This garden is perfect for meals and breakfasts, during the night the view of the stars is spectacular, in it you will find 2 tables to eat and space for children to play.
☛ GROUND FLOOR
Entering the house through our glass doors, to enjoy the sea and the views also from the living room and sofa, you will access the spacious SALON with a comfortable sofa, work area with high-speed INTERNET, various games Table, puzzles, instruments, and books. BATHROOM and the first room on this same floor, along with a design KITCHEN with everything you may need for your vacation.
You will also find a REAR TERRACE where you can make meals, and store sports equipment such as bicycles, kitesurf equipment, windsurfing, etc, with a hose to sweeten the material.
☛ HIGH FLOOR
Going up the stairs decorated with Egyptian papyrus you will find the 3 rooms and the bathrooms.
The MAIN ROOM, is a double room, with articulated bed and sea views. Perfect for a romantic style couple and they can listen to the sea while they are in bed, large closet and mirror.
The SECOND ROOM of double bed, inspired by the blue sea, the bed is focused on the sea and you can also hear the sea from the bed, large closet, paintings, and mirror.
The THIRD ROOM has a double bed and Indonesian inspiration with references to Buddha and love. Wardrobe, mirrors.
☛ BATHROOMS
In the GROUND FLOOR, we find a convenient bathroom equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, hairdryer, toilet paper, towels, very comfortable while you are eating, sunbathing, working in the living room or garden.
In the UPPER FLOOR, We have two bathrooms, the main one has a bathtub, sink, bidet, WC, toilet paper, towels, normally used by the superior rooms, the secondary bathroom is smaller, but completely equipped with a sink, shower, WC, Toilet paper, towels.
