Summary: Had a family emergency over a week and a half before my stay was to happen. Tried to cancel with enough notice. CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE! Condo was clean for the most part except for the dish washer loaded with someone else’s dirty dishes. We also had no toilet paper (not even a roll on the holder) which I informed the front desk and was told, ‘I’ll bring it right up’. She did not bring it up. Elevator was also having issues. Me and my child were stuck inside for several minutes. After that experience we used the stairs the rest of our stay. This was my third time staying here. I have to say there’s a good shot we will not be back.
