The house was recently renovated and restructured with taste in very modern shades of gray and white. Comfortable and practical to live in, it is also very well equipped for pleasant stays: quality bedding, refined furniture, ultra-equipped kitchen, abundant dishes and cookware, garden furniture ... everything to fulfill your desires.
Very well located at the edge of a one-way street, close to the beach (300m) and about 900m from the market (meeting place) and avenue du Général De Gaulle with its shops.
The garden is large and you can have your meals there and take a nap in the sun loungers.
From La Baule you can discover the whole region: Le Croisic, Guérande, Pornichet ... There is no shortage of entertainment around.

Summary: This is a lovely House in a very quiet neighborhood. The entire neighborhood is obviously a very nice one with well-kept homes. It is very close to the beach, about a 5 to 10 minute short walk, Where you will find the major hotels, the casino and several very nice restaurants. It is about a 15 to 25 minute walk to the downtown area and about five minutes to the convention center , so all in all it is very well situated. The pictures are very accurate. I did not go upstairs but my roommate tells me that it is very suitable for several children or other people And there is a shower and sink and toilet upstairs. The only problem we found was that there is no toilet in the second bathroom downstairs and the shower is very small but we easily shared the other bathroom. Kitchen is very well-equipped with appliances and plates and everything you will need to make yourself at home. The yard is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. My only disappointment was that I found it totally unacceptable to be toLe to take the linens off the bed, clean the dishes, put them away, generally do all the things Which should be included in a cleaning fee. When I return i will definitely come to Dominique’s Home again.
