Come enjoy our charming, renovated beach house! The house is a roomy cape with central AC, located less than a mile to beautiful Charlestown Beach on a large flat parcel of land perfect for fun and games. Property is on a quiet street in a private neighbourhood with easy access to the ocean beach, salt ponds and marina where there is a convenient kayak launch.
Included in the rental is a beach parking pass (worth $140 in parking), bedding and towels (avoid the hassle of bringing these!), beach chairs, boogie boards, cable, WiFi and 4 bikes.
The first floor has a new, fully equipped, eat in kitchen, sunny living room (with flat screen TV, AppleTV, internet, wifi and DVD,) full bath, bedroom with a king size bed and a cozy den with a pullout couch as well as lovely hardwood floors throughout. The new kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms that sleep 8 as well as a full bath.
