Enjoy a peaceful stay at this centrally-located home in the Green Lake / Tangletown neighborhood, close the University of Washington & Wallingford, and just 4 miles North of Downtown Seattle. The home is also close to multiple bus lines, just 1 mile from Link Light Rail, and 0.25 miles from I-5 (the main north/south freeway in town).
Guests have exclusive access to the unit which includes a bedroom, full bathroom, living room, kitchenette, and washer/dryer. A locked door separates the unit from the home upstairs and the unit is accessed via a private entrance.
Recently remodeled, our space has luxury touches and is designed for optimum comfort.
Three big windows let in lots of light to the living room where you can enjoy some books, puzzles, or games with your travel mates while relaxing on the comfortable Room & Board couch. We also have a television in this room with access to streaming services, and a yoga mat and foam roller for your comfort and convenience.
The kitchenette has two induction hot pads for stove-top cooking, a toaster oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, and full size fridge/freezer. All the dishes, pots, pans, & tupperware needed for a comfortable short or longer term stay are provided.
The unit has one bedroom with a queen-size, Tempur-Pedic bed, a dresser, and a closet for hanging items.
The spacious full bathroom has heated floors and includes both a bath with a shower head and a stand alone shower. The stand alone shower has a grab bar in it for added security for any who need it. We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, and towels for your comfort.
Heating & A/C are available throughout the unit, with one unit/remote located in the bedroom and one in the living room.
The washer and dryer are in the unit and available for your use.

For additional sleeping options, the Living Room has a comfortable Room & Board couch and we have nice, memory foam floor mattresses, as well as a couple of child beds that we can pull out on request.
