Although having a restricted surface area of 22m2, everything has been thought out to make you feel at ease during your stay.You will be located in the immediate vicinity of Jean Médecin shopping avenue, in the city center, but also just steps away from Nice-Ville SNCF Station to enjoy day trips and discover the treasures of the French Riviera.It is arranged as follows:- You will enter directly into the living area consisting of an open kitchen with ceramic hobs, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The living area has a sofa, dining table & chairs, a Smart TV, free Wifi connection & a storage closet.- The living room also opens onto a small street-facing balcony to enjoy breakfast or moments of relaxation under the Nice sun!
