Charming farmhouse (guesthouse) is nestled amongst several outbuildings including a smokehouse, root cellar, stable, chicken coop and tobacco barn. Two water sources on property include Cove Creek which winds through the front 2 acres as well as a spring which runs downslope from the ridge. Water supply to the home comes from a 180 foot well, which reportedly has some of the the cleanest water in Watauga County.
