Summary: We've enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were perfect for the celebration of our grandson's First Birthday 🎉 parents, great-grandparents and friends all enjoyed a wonderful day! My husband and I were actually the only ones who stayed here, our family lives close by. I do have a few issues: The front room rug needs to be tacked down somehow. It's a trip and fall liability. It would be nice to have a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. The sliding door from the dining room to the backyard is extremely hard to lock/unlock and slid open and closed, doesn't stay on the track. The floors hadn’t been cleaned prior to checking in and a crawling baby and bare feet got very dirty. The backyard landscaping needs attention! Lots of weeds growing wild, part of the fence has fallen down, large palm fronds fallen down around the yard, the wooden deck is rotted out in front of the BBQ grill which should be cleaned prior to people checking in, some of the burners don't work, there should be new grill accessories, the bistro lights don't work and the front yard landscaping needs attention. The above sounds like a lot but please note that we would love to stay here again! We truly enjoyed our stay.
