With THREE bedrooms (all KING beds!) and TWO bathrooms, our home can accommodate up to 8 guests. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and features comfortable beds, soft linens, and plenty of storage space. The living room is cozy and inviting, with a large couch a and a flat-screen TV where you can kick back and relax after a day of exploring the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. You can enjoy your meals in the bright and airy dining room, where you can also use if you need to catch up on some work.
The cozy and inviting basement has everything you need for a fun and relaxing evening. There is large sleeper couch that is positioned in front of a smart TV. There is also an arcade and a small air hockey table.The sofa is soft and comfortable, perfect for spectators to watch a game or for players to take a break in between shots.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks nearby.

Guest Access:
The Garage and the shed in back yard are off limits. There is also a supply closet down stairs that is locked. Otherwise, you will have the entire home to yourself. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.
The Neighborhood:
Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Neighbors are kind, so please reciprocate.
Prairie Village Kansas is characterized by tree-lined streets, well-manicured lawns, and a mix of architectural styles.
The neighborhood is also home to several parks and walking trails.
Getting Around:
You are just minutes from the heart of the City. 12 minutes to major KC attractions! Downtown, the Country Club Plaza, West Bottoms, T-Mobile (Sprint) Center.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. PARK in your designated parking. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline guests who refuses to go through our pre screening or disagrees with our house rules.
Disclaimer- We have EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unauthorized Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
