It's our family home with our style. Former renovated sheepfold of 200M², it is located in the Sainte Victoire vineyards. Nestled in a Mediterranean setting, it combines charm, intimacy and comfort. The lady of the house is American, a painter. When our children are away in summer, we put our family home at your disposal.
The garden is Provençal with a square swimming pool, rosemary, thyme, olive trees, lavender and pine trees. Splendid and unobstructed 180° view of the Sainte Baume mountains. In the vineyards and nestled against the hill sheltered from the wind, the swimming pool and its pool house. In a corner of the garden, for the little ones, sandbox, swing and little house.
The interior is spacious and bright. A magnificent 80M² living room opening onto the garden includes a friendly living room with fireplace, a dining room and a modern kitchen. The oak flooring and the beams are reminiscent of the old sheepfold.
The living room opens directly onto a large south-facing terrace with a splendid, completely unobstructed 180° view. It has its own garden furniture for an aperitif.
The dining room opens onto the west terrace where in summer, we have lunch with the family in the shade of the mulberry trees, in front of the swimming pool and its pool house.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Additional fridge and freezer are available in the utility room.T
he 4 bedrooms are refuges of tranquility. Three of them are very comfortable with a pleasant view of the swimming pool, the olive trees and the flower beds in the garden. Each has its 1.40 m double bed with cushions, wifi, chest of drawers with lamp, Moroccan hangings, table, bedside lamp and ceiling fan. The paintings of Madame on the wall complete the decoration. For children, the fourth bedroom has 2 90cm bunk beds.
The 2 bathrooms are adjacent to the bedrooms. One has a bathtub shower, the other has a shower with good water pressure. Each has a sink with shelf and a towel rack. Sheets, towels, washcloths, soap, hairdryer are provided.
