This inviting log house is 1,250 sq ft with a delightfully spacious, bright, open-plan living area with cathedral ceiling and wood burning stove. Tastefully furnished, combining mid century modern with a rustic, cozy aesthetic. The kitchen, equipped with new appliances opens onto comfortable living room area with a new wood burning stove, 42" flat screen smart TV and sliding glass door onto the back deck. There is wifi, Directv and Netflix. To the other side is the dining area with table and chairs to accommodate 6 people very comfortably. The front door leads onto the front deck which is partially sheltered by the over hanging roof. There are 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds. . All of the beds and bedding are brand new and very comfortable. The bathroom has been completely renovated and can be accessed via the main bedroom or the communal hallway. All of the living area and bedrooms have large, natural wood windows looking out on the surrounding land. Situated up on a knoll, the house is secluded and peaceful, benefiting from a lot of natural sunlight. Located on 8 acres, beyond the front and back lawns is natural woodland with many variety of trees and natural streams, the overall setting and experience of really being in the heart of Catskills nature and all the beauty the seasons have to offer.
