A proud 2019 Premier Partner making a return to the rental community for this winter/spring season! Enjoy a charming beach vacation rental in the heart of Ventnor! Perfect for families and friends, our two-story, 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 2 shower (indoor & large private outdoor in the summer season) home is situated just 3.5 blocks from the beach and 1 block to the bay. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the beach just a few blocks away. The private driveway has parking for 2 vehicles.
Restaurants, ice cream, pizza, various shops, the Ventnor Fishing Pier, the famous Atlantic City/Ventnor boardwalk, Ventnor Library, weekly music events at the beach and the weekly Ventnor Farmers' Market are all within walking distance. Clean bathrooms on our lifeguard patrolled beaches are at the Pier and Library. Atlantic City, with its famous casinos, new Water Park, Steel Pier rides, Aquarium and exciting night life, is only a few miles down the road! Ocean City, with its rides, mini golf, water park, shops and family-fun boardwalk, is a short drive away! You can even rent Kayaks and SUPs at the small Newport marina around the corner and a multi-level mini golf course just 10 minutes away, near Lucy, the famous Elephant. Enjoy Ventnor's original historic 1920's Ventnor Square art deco movie theater and Nucky's Restaurant!
While relaxing at the house, enjoy your morning coffee with gentle seabreezes and the sounds of seagulls from the bright sunroom, the cozy backyard patio, or the sunny seating area out front which has a view to the "mile-stretch" bay a block away. Play some of our provided board games or complete a puzzle. Read a book on the covered back porch. Curl up in one of our comfortable beds.
Our refurbished 1920's home has an open concept family and dining room on the first floor and gorgeous original hardwood floors, full-size kitchen appliances and all new windows. There is a quiet AC/Heating system throughout the house, with a control in each room. Wifi is provided and there is a TV in each bedroom. Instructions for how everything works are conveniently provided.
Sleeps up to 8 adults/children comfortably with 4 bedrooms: Main bedroom with a King, 2 Queen-sized rooms and 1 Twin over Double bunk bed room. 2 comfy fold-out cots are available as well. Bed linens and extra blankets are provided for convenience. Bath towels are included.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with tableware, cups, mugs, silverware, pots, pans, a toaster, blender, coffee maker, mini k-cup coffee maker and more. There's a dishwasher and detergent is provided. The dining room seats 6-8.
In warm weather months, enjoy a completely private outdoor shower after long days at the beach. The bathroom upstairs is newly refurbished and has a bathtub/shower combo. There's also a refurbished half-bath powder room on the first floor. There is a LG large capacity stacked washer and dryer for all of your laundry needs. Laundry detergent is provided.
8 Ventnor beach tags are included for our renters' use for the summer season. Beach cart, beach and sand chairs and beach umbrellas are all included for your stay. There is a convenient foot wash and hose along the driveway to wash away the sand after a fun day at the beach.
The primary person renting our home MUST be at least 25 years old. No events or parties. This is a non-smoking home/property in a quiet neighborhood. All renters are expected to treat our home and all neighboring homes with respect and should leave the home in the condition it was in upon check-in. A rental agreement will be provided at the time of booking.
Our home is perfect for a winter and/or spring getaway. You'll be a short car ride or uber ride to AC!
Please note that a new BBQ will be purchased in 2024. The current BBQ out back is not being utilized at this time.
