Nice bathroom for these two rooms with very large walk-in shower, double sinks and wc apart. Upstairs, 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x200, bathroom with bath, washbasin and wc.

Plot: Garden with trees and flowers with large lawn (automatic watering) surrounding pool shaped pool with alarm complying with NF. P.90 and equipped if necessary with a removable fence. Provision of a very large trampoline, a ping pong table, a basketball on foot.
