It is located a few minutes walk from the city center which has kept its authentic charm. You are only 15 minutes from Sainte-Maxime, 20 minutes from Saint-Tropez and 1 hour from Georges du Verdon.
The Provencal village "le Plan de la Tour" has all the amenities, such as bakeries, small grocery stores, hairdressers, restaurants, post office, pharmacy and shops, market every Wednesday morning.

Please note that there is another villa on the property where the owners live.
We ask for a contribution to the cleaning and laundry costs of 200 € which will be paid on the day of your arrival directly to our concierge service.
A rental contract will be drawn up and signed before your arrival by mail or by post at your convenience. This contract will include the rules set up on Airbnb.
An inventory of fixtures and an inventory will be carried out at the arrival and the exit of the places using photographs and videos of housing signed between the two parts (tenants and agent).
DURING YOUR STAY :

BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE ! We kindly ask you to :
--> Empty all the garbage cans of the accommodation before your departure.
--> To gather all the Sheets and Towels in a Place (making them in a normal state of use).
--> Replace objects and furniture moved during your stay in their original place.
--> Clean and put away dishes and empty the dishwasher.
--> Clean the Appliances (Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Machine ...).
--> To make the Sanitary Clean.
--> To throw away or take away all the food that has been started.
In case the accommodation is returned dirty we will charge you the following fee: 200€ on departure in addition to the mandatory cleaning fee on arrival.
Linen is provided for the whole stay (no change during the stay except for prior reservation in supplement):

- 1 flat sheet per bed
- 2 pillowcases per bed
- 1 bath sheet per person
- 1 towel per person
- 1 bath mat per shower room
- 2 dish towels
Because of the important global warming, in order to preserve the fauna and the planet, it is imperative to reduce energy consumption.
Also, the interior and exterior lights of the house must be turned off night and day after use, subject to penalties of about 150 €.
In case of loss of keys and beepers, breakage of keys and beepers or of the lock, the cost of changing the lock and the duplicate keys will be charged to the traveler.
Parties are forbidden in the accommodation for the respect of the neighbors.
No smoking inside the accommodation but accepted in the garden on condition that you throw your cigarette butts in the ashtrays.
We are available before and during your stay by phone from 9am to 7pm. We will meet you at your arrival to show you and explain all the functioning of the house.
