The Neighborhood:
Bridgewater Crossing is located in Davenport, the community offers a swimming pool with a cabana area to relax, a children playground with a rock wall, swing sets, slides and jungle gym, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, and a picnic area. There is also a fishing pond to enjoy as well.
Located approximately 14.1 miles (23km) from Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios and 14 miles (22km) from Epcot. More major shops are typically located in the Champions Gate area and a more extensive array on Highway 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) which approximately 9.8 miles (15km) driving distance to the north.
Trash Collect Every Tuesday
Cans must be at the bottom of the drive the night before as they can come early.
Place all garbage in plastic bags prior to putting it in the cart.
The wheels of the cart must face your home, with the lid opening toward the road.
Place the cart at least five (5) feet away from mailboxes, poles or other obstacles.
Where possible, place the garbage cart on one side of the driveway.
Getting Around:
Rental car is highly recommended.
Other Things to Note:
1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.
2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.
3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.
4. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.
5. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.
6. Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that.
7. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.
