Positive: Lisa was an exceptionally kind, attentive, and generous host. She regularly checked that everything was going well, responded immediately whenever we needed help, arranged the laundry for us, and kindly allowed us flexibility with our departure time. The apartment was comfortable, peaceful, well equipped, and a wonderful base for exploring Samnaun and the surrounding mountains. We felt genuinely welcomed and at home throughout our stay. It was also a real pleasure getting to know Lisa personally, and we would be very happy to return.
