We do not allow events in this house because we have a separate casita at the back that is rented out separately.

- As mentioned, we above-ground pool for your exclusive use in the backyard. There is also a separate casita just beyond that is rented out separately. While the guests staying in the casita won't have access to the pool, it's important to note that casita guests will need to pass by the backyard (and hence the pool) to enter their home.
East Austin is an eclectic mix of fun bars, trendy restaurants and a vibrant art scene. Guests love staying here because it's incredibly convenient to get to Rainey St, downtown Austin, and all the bars/restaurants on the East Side, but if the occasional urban quirks that come with being 5 minutes from downtown and make up the charm of the #KeepAustinWeird vibe are not your cup of tea, this may not be the best place for you.
For safety, there is a ring doorbell at the front door. It is active 24/7. Video and sound recording is motion activated. The home is also equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Tampering with or disabling the ring doorbell and noise monitoring sensor will immediately cancel the reservation.
