Situated near Disney and other renowned theme parks, this spacious haven is perfect for the entire family. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry.
Outside, a screen-enclosed area awaits, with a gorgeous pool and patio.
You are about 15 minutes from Disney World, 25 minutes from Universal and SeaWorld, and 5 minutes from Walmart, Aldi's, Chick-Fil-A, Steak 'n Shake, and many other shops and dining locations.
This spacious home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, an oversized shower, and bathtub.
On the right side of the house, also at the back, you'll find three charming bedrooms, two with two cozy twin size beds (Avengers theme and Mickey Mouse theme) and another with a full size bed (Frozen theme). The two bedrooms in the back of the house share a full bathroom. The bedroom off the living room has its own en-suite full bathroom.
In the living room, relax in the 4 theater style, manual reclining chairs, while watching TV on a 75-inch flat screen.
Each bedroom, including pool area, has a flat screen TV.
The home is equipped with fast Spectrum wireless internet.
In the front of the house, you have a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Prepare delicious meals with ease, and savor them in the cozy breakfast nook or the spacious dining room, perfect for shared family meals and cherished conversations.
There is a full-size washer and dryer set in the garage, which guests have access to. There is one locked closet in the master bedroom that guests do not have access to.
Guest can call me anytime. I also have a management company that can be of assistance.
Although there is a hot tub in the backyard by the pool, it is currently NOT functional.
We recently added a pool heater. The pool can be heated for an additional $25 per day.
