Summary: There was no elevator to bring suitcases to the room. We had to carry 30kg suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. These suitcases were dragged down the stair case and 3am for an early morning flight and woke people up. We could hear people in the other rooms and their TVs. We had maintenance people knock on our door early in the morning to service the air conditioning that we were not expecting. The pool was dirty. The walls and curtains were filthy. Some of the curtains were broken.
