Outside, we appreciate the terrace on which we like to take our meals out of sight and sheltered under a parasol; inside, we like these beautiful volumes completely renovated in a spirit combining modernism and old furniture; we also like its comfortable equipment in all the rooms. For swimming (fishing, playground, leisure centre), we go to Lac de Catus 7 km away, and for shopping, the grocery store and bread depot in the village can help out...otherwise, there is a supermarket 5km away! This house is ideal for exploring this corner of the department bordering the Dordogne, where we love these intimate landscapes made up of successions of hills, oak and chestnut forests and meadows. typical villages of the Lot such as Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Rocamadour and enjoy the coolness of the caves like the famous Gouffre de Padirac. Many activities await you: canoeing, climbing, hiking, boat trip on the Lot without forgetting the discovery of our gastronomy and our wine. House in the heart of the village of 90m², a few steps provide access to a small covered terrace then to the large living room composed of a television lounge area and a dining area opening onto the 20m² terrace at the back of the house. On this same level, a kitchen open to the living room with built-in units, shower room, separate toilet, and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms with a 140 cm bed + a small bedroom with a 140 bed for extra, separate toilet with washbasin. Covered shelter for 2 cars.
