Guests can enjoy a nice walk to a beautiful park that has a huge playground for kids, tennis courts, two baseball fields and a basketball court. CLT airport is a 25 minute drive away.
This 1970's home was recently renovated in 2021 to express a clean, chic and modern look that is inviting and accommodating for various guests needs. The backyard has ample space to splash around, entertain and dine with your loved ones during the summer and early fall months. During the cooler seasons it's the perfect location to enjoy s'mores around two wood burning fire pits.
