750 sf 1st floor condo with a King bedroom, Queen bedroom and Queen memory foam sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Sheets, quilt, Amazon Echo, mattress protectors and pillow protectors are changed after each use, iron/ironing board, storage for clothes, hanging rack, 32' Smart tvs and 12" of storage space under the bed for suitcases. Linens/towels are provided along with hair dryers, washer/dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, pots/pans. 55" tv in living room.

There are 9 stairs leading to the entrance of the main floor condo. There are no handicap alternatives for the stairs. Cleaning fee includes the changing of mattress pad along with pillow protectors for each bed. Our HOA has instilled an owners only policy for pets due to guest taking their dogs out on the grounds without leashes or cleaning up after them. We will still allow pets but you can only take them to be relieved to the designated pet area by the dumpster and then back in the condo on a leash. You will not be able to exercise your pet around the grounds. There is a dog park a few miles away in Ft Walton Beach at Liza Jackson Park. This is very sad that this has had to happen but it really had gotten out of hand in the complex. This is strictly enforced by the HOA. Pictures will be posted in the owners group of pets are on the being walked around the gorunds.
