Beautiful, newly renovated and refurbished 4 bedroom apartment located just a short walk from York city centre. Church view has 2 king bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a double bed and bunks in the fourth bedroom (suitable for children). The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, there's also a third bathroom with a luxury walk in shower.
The open plan lounge / dining / kitchen area is stunning. The dining kitchen has a range cooker with hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Microwave, coffee machine and all fully equipped with crockery, pans, glasses and tableware.
The lounge has comfy recliner sofas seating and a large screen smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a lovely day out.
