Exceptional location for this small house without vis-à-vis, in 1st line in front of the sea and without road to cross to reach the beach located only 100m.
Perfect location for a family vacation, quiet!
Located in the residence of 'Mas de la Plage 2', it is composed on the ground floor of a kitchen open to living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed and a bathroom with separate toilet.
Upstairs you will find a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, as well as a modular sofa either as a single bed or a double bed.
A large veranda will give you access to a magnificent terrace facing south, and equipped with a barbecue for your grills.
The rental also includes a reserved place in a secure car park, as well as 2 adult bikes available.
A volleyball court and a large pétanque court are located right in front of the house, 20m away!
