This charming Cambria classic bungalow is located on one of the best streets in Park Hill! It has undergone a modern update without losing the character of its day. The single story house is on a large lot with ample parking and plenty light coming in from all directions! It is clean, bright and full of personality with a distinctly zen vibe.
This is the ideal spot for an extended stay on the Central Coast. As you walk through the front door, there's an immediate feeling of calm and meditation. Outside you will find a fully fenced yard and a spacious outdoor fenced deck which is perfect for that morning coffee in the sun or for sipping a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the ocean in the evening. The deck will comfortably accommodate a few family members and friends for a cookout. The large back yard and patio is perfect for sitting by the gas firepit and/or a bit of ball play with the pup. The side yard with it’s serene environment and fountain is the perfect place for a short meditation or just to watch the hummingbirds bath in the fountain.
This home is the perfect place for a couple and their furry companion to nestle in for 30 or more days of hiking the trails of Fiscalini Ranch, touring the many wineries or just soaking in the sun, sand and serenity of everything Cambria.
