Very clean and spacious minimalist's home with 3 available bedrooms plus very comfortable pull out couch in TV room in a safe and walkable neighborhood near lovely Portage Lakes, Blossom Music Center, Akron Corporation Headquarters such as Goodyear, Firestone and Akron Hospital HQ's such as Cleveland clinic.
Very close to great attractions like Cuyahoga Valley National parks, Akron Zoo, Stan Hywet Mansion and Gardens, Portage Lakes beaches, trails and water sports among many other things to see and do.
A mere 20 minute scenic drive to Blossom Music Center for you concert goers. (Free parking at Blossom if you've never been) Very amazing place to see a concert with covered seating as well as inexpensive outdoor pavilion. The sound at Blossom is VERY good. I've both performed there and watched multiple big name concerts there.
Fully air conditioned with plenty of space to relax both inside and outside with an outdoor, lighted and covered back patio. Very centrally located within miles from highway entrance as well as minutes away from downtown Akron. Plenty of walking parks within minutes as well as Montrose/Fairlawn shopping for food and amenities as well as downtown Akron.
I love the area my home is in and sitting out on the back porch at night which is such an excellent way to spend your time, listening to music or chatting up friends. The commercial grade bug zapper keeps the biters away and the lighting is very chill and relaxing. Otherwise, inside there is entertainment, record player with stereo, TV's of course and an area to play games if you so desire so bring your favorite board game!
Long term rental may be available with discount. Blocks of time could be added to accommodate. This is my primary residence but there is flexibility if requesting a longer stay.
