Positive: Fantastically clean throughout! Great location for us as we have family that lives in Brotton so we were walking distance! A lovely welcome hamper that was well received and ravished by the kids!

Negative: Parking was a little challenging, while there was space it was dependent on the time of day.

Summary: A perfect base camp!
