Summary: My stay was great! I was a late check in (midnight) and the staff was attentive and very friendly! I had no issues with the room or parking, and the room service was great. Location to LAX is extremely convenient. Free parking is unheard of an most any other hotel, so this was a huge plus! My stay was quiet, my room was clean and everything functioned great. Checkout was easy and staff was great then too. Well done, Cloud 9. I look forward to my next stay! I wish I would have found out about this place sooner.
