The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs & opens up to the outdoor space where you can also grill & chill! Beaches are less than 10 minutes away, European Village is a 5 minute drive & grocery stores are close by too!

This home sits on an expansive corner lot with ample privacy. The yard space is amazing and you can`t beat the canal view from the backyard. The screened in pool, with an attached covered patio is everyone`s favorite part. The outdoor space with a tv and many seating areas will be where you spend most of your time.
The living room, dining room and kitchen open up to one another and provide a large area where everyone can be tougher but also be doing all different things.

The pool can be heated for an additional $100/day, available October 15th through May 15th. please let us know if you would like us to set that up for you! If the heater has any issues or does not work during your stay this fee will be refunded. No other part of the booking cost will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!
