Come Sail Away in this beautifully appointed Richland home! This prime location is close to Hanford, vineyards, wineries, the Columbia & Snake Rivers, dining, entertainment, and much more. Step out of the cozy back patio area to enter a private park, and a wonderful community center with swimming pool, sauna, game area and fitness equipment. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a family room, and a theatre room with surround sound and a huge TV. Guests will sleep in luxurious comfort as the beds are top of the line hybrid mattresses.
The space
Inside you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a spacious dining area. The master bedroom has a king bed, its own tv, and full in-suite bathroom. A second bedroom has a queen bed and its own TV. The 3rd bedroom has a bunkbed with trundle bed and a delightful under the sea theme!
Additionally, the back patio space has plenty of seating, a gas BBQ, and a gas fire pit.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house, the private park, and a wonderful community center. The Community Center has tennis courts, a playground, foosball, ping pong, a large gathering area, fitness room with free weights and Cardio equipment, sauna, and an indoor/outdoor pool depending on season. To access the community center, guests will receive email instruction and must sign a guest agreement and follow community guidelines.
Parking for 2 cars is in the driveway.
Please, no pets or smoking on the premises. Violators will be charged a minimum of $50 for any damage or additional cleaning that may need to be done.
