Summary: Terrible experience. We got scammed trying to get the “free” shuttle from the airport to the hotel. There seems to be some type of arrangement whereby you order the shuttle and it never comes. So, cab drivers approach you to say that the hotel works with them and that they will take you and the hotel will reimburse you. When you arrive at the hotel, they claim to not know anything about to and that the shuttle has been looking for you. Super fishy. HUGE PROBLEM FOR SENIORS like us. We got charged twice for the taxi ($57 each time) since the run the credit card twice. We had to cancel our card. Super disappointed and upset.
