Summary: Hotel was updated and clean. There were quite a few large trucks taking ip multiple parking places. I was touring a college campus with my daughter and returning later in the evening. The room was clean, lobby very well lit and welcoming. The breakfast was average. There was a large hole in the carpet outside my bathroom that was very noticeable. Also, looked as though something hot was placed on the desk and caused it to crack. Overall, there wasn’t much interaction with the desk clerk. We did find several employees smoking outside the side entrance where we had to park. And most importantly, the $100 security fee was unexpected at check in. No where did I see this. I know it’s refundable after 24 hours but if it disclosed, I never saw it. Not sure I would stay here again.
