Summary: When we were checking in i was informed the elevators didnt work and offered a a 3rd floor room i explained my wife wouldn't be able to do stairs with having two hip replacements. With that he checked and saw they had one available on the ground floor so we were able to accept that room. The rest of our stay that night was uneventful and restful
