Positive: location is good. having 6 bedrooms is good
Negative: dishwasher did not work. Parts were found in garage under a skim board. The entire top rack was missing and found in garage, along with parts. Housekeeping should have known of the issue and had it fixed prior to our visit. Glasses in the cabinet were dirty…obviously because there was no washer and whoever it was, just put dirty glasses in the cabinet. The front right burner on stove 'pops' with fire as it lights and shoots left and right. At the time I reported that right away, as a safety hazard. BBQ had left over chicken pieces on it when we arrived, dining table lights flicker (faulty dimmer switch?). Trash was not picked up from prior renter. Garage smelled terrible with piles of trash. Took 2 calls to get trash removed that first afternoon. All other issues discussed with Vacasa staff via text and phone – SEVERAL times. Told they were fixed at one point. No they were not. NO ONE CAME OUT AT ALL during our stay, yet I was told several times it would be resolved. I also keep getting e mails to sign the rental agreement...even after our stay ended. It was singed months ago! Customer service and housekeeping failed on this trip. I was offered a $75 refund. After paying thousand for the unit, and having one member of our group stay back on Friday, waiting for the tech they said was coming....and never did, The entire housekeeping charge should have been refunded. I gave Vacasa a ton of opportunities to make it right and apologize. I also wanted to be assured the issues were addressed before anyone else shows up to use the condo. No Response.
