Summary: 1. The room had a wet smell. 2. No bedding for the pullout couch, the mattress on the pullout was very thin, you could feel the bars through the "mattress", the sheets/comforter given for the pullout were very thin 3. They closed down breakfast almost 30 min before the reported end time. Didn't make any fresh breakfast items almost 45min before reported end time. 4. Only given enough towels for 1 person. Then has to return those towels before you were given another set.
