This home boasts a double sided gas fireplace in the dining/living room areas. The wood stove downstairs will make sure your nights are cozy in this home away from home.
The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.
Pets and any animals are not allowed on furniture or beds for any reason. If we are required to have Couches or Beds professionally cleaned there will be additionalcharge.

This is a very convenient home about 1.5 miles from I-5 with easy access in both directions. There are a lot of attractions nearby! This includes several well known retail shops, grocery stores, lots of restaurants, coffee shop, pet store, and only 3 miles from Ike Memorial off leash dog park.
By car, you are 10 minutes away from Clark County Amphitheater and Fairgrounds, 25 minutes to PDX, and 15 minutes from the Moda Center in Portland.

The Main floor has 3 bedrooms all outfitted with professionally laundered linens and towels!
One queen sized bedroom, and two bedrooms with full sized beds. All with easy access to a shared full bathroom.
There is a convenient half bathroom located off the kitchen, near the stairs to the bonus basement.
Down the stairs to the bonus living space and you will find a large TV and living room with tons of seating space. This space features a large ping pong table and a wood fireplace.
Located in the downstairs hallway, there is a large bedroom with a queen sized bed with professionally laundered linens and towels. this is located conveniently next to the full sized bathroom downstairs.
The living area opens up into a large laundry room complete with a washer and dryer and large sink. There is also plenty of counterspace in the laundry area. The door in the laundry room leads out directly to the patio space with plenty of seating, a wood fire pit, propane grill, and a covered area with TV and seating next to the luxurious hot tub!

Stroll around the area on foot or with a bike! There are bus routes available just a few blocks away as well. Taking a little trip into Portland is also fun and easy by car, Uber/Lyft, bike or bus.
