*We have an American Kennel Club Rottweiler service dog, his name is Oso. He will be with us at all times or in the backyard. He is gentle but may bark initially at strangers. Please do not feed the dog under any circumstances or let him out in the front yard. (He doesn’t try unless you leave the door open unattended.)
*Shoes are to be worn ONLY in the entryway. Please DO NOT wear shoes in the rest of the house. (Sap from the trees gets on the bottom of shoes and will stick and stain the floor inside.)
* We ask that all guests clean up after themselves. We'll clean the sheets and towels when you depart
